I'm a general contractor, owner of Phoenix Electric and I live on Bernal Heights in San Francisco, overlooking lots of the city, some of which I have built or rebuilt as a general contractor (#406994) with 28 years experience in the Bay Area. I do electrical, building, as well as room additions and remodeling--kitchens, baths, etc. In fact, I charge reasonable rates, run my own company, and guarantee my work--in which I take personal pride.
